How to get your project started
Requesting a quotation: Please send us the full text you would like us to translate using one of our enquiry forms or by sending an email to info@kaantamo.com.
If the text is not yet available or if you would like a preliminary estimate for how much the work will cost, please tell us the length of the text (word, line or character count), how demanding the subject is, the complexity of the text and the file format.
Making a booking: Once you have received our quote and approved the price and schedule, please send us confirmation that you would like to make a booking.
When confirming your booking, please tell us (if you haven’t done so in your quotation request):
▪ the language and language variant (e.g. American or British English) into which you would like the text translated; ▪ whether the text contains passages or established terms that must not be translated; ▪ whether there is any background material available that the translator might find useful; ▪ the intended use of the translation; i.e. who will be reading the text and in what circumstances and format; and ▪ the email address of the person we should contact with any queries about the work.
Billing: Please state your invoice address and indicate which billing method you prefer (e-billing, email invoice or paper invoice).
Delivery: We will send you the completed translation by email.
